Not happy? Here’s how we manage confusion and complaints…
In the first instance, if you have a question or concern about your child, please speak to their class teacher. You can do this informally on the playground or call or email the school office to make a formal appointment, either face-to-face or on the phone. Following a meeting notes will be made a shared with you. Should you email the school office with your comments, we will reply as soon as we can (following an investigation). If after this things do not improve (after a reasonable period of time) you can speak to the Headteacher, again in person or on the phone by making an appointment through the office.
If you issue is with a member of staff please speak to the Headteacher. If you do not feel things have been resolved or the issues dealt with (after a reasonable period of time) you can contact the Chair of Governors, via the Clerk.
If your complaint is in relation to the Headteacher, you will need to raise this with the Chair of Governors via the Clerk. This can be done by emailing Hannah Clunie: haclunie@huish.education
