Ruggin Class page has material to support your child’s learning while school is closed and lots of ideas to keep them busy. We will do our best to provide feedback at least once a week on anything that they are able to do. However, please put your child’s needs first. MONDAY 18TH JANUARY: Good morning everyone, I hope you have all had a good weekend, and that you feel well rested. Well here we go for another busy week and embark on week three of home learning. This week we are looking at what a ‘baddie’ is in our story, what makes a character a ‘baddie’ and how the new character or new setting may change the story ending in preparation for the following week. We are enjoying some science ‘ice’ experiments and looking at hot and cold places around the world. I am particularly looking forward to seeing the completed observational drawings after this weeks art.

This week is also ‘Space’ week on CBeebies, which was filmed at the National Space Centre. You can be taken on a journey into space, explore the planets in our solar system, astronauts, rockets and robots. There will be one episode per day on CBeebies, but will also be available on iPlayer afterwards on: https://www.bbc.co.uk/prgorammes/m000rjgj
